“Meditation is natural to all beings.
When the form of meditation practiced corresponds to the nature of the individual, meditation comes easily and produces beneficial results.”

Meditating Naturally

The best meditation is one that is non-forceful and suits itself to you personally.

If you have not meditated before, if you are having difficulty meditating, or if you are at a turning point in your meditation or your spiritual practices, you may find it helpful to reevaluate what you are doing. After all, progress is by nature a changing thing, and what you do on your path will need to change with you if you are to continue progressing.

I have designed the Peaceful Mind Meditation course to include fundamental concepts and information, along with experiments that are easy to practice and don’t require a lot of time. The material is easy to follow and, by the completion of the third book, will point you in the right direction.

A description of the four books in this course follows.

Peaceful Mind Meditation
A Self-Study Course in Successful Natural Meditation

Book One: How to Meditate Successfully
What meditation really is and how to do it successfully.

In Book One you will experiment with fundamental meditation techniques in an easy to practice format, and find basic information that will fill many of the inevitable gaps we all encounter in the learning process.

Book Two: Non-Technique Meditation
An experience in effective meditation without the use of techniques.

In Book Two you will find special keys to meditating successfully without using techniques. You will experiment with the meditation of ancient times when elevated states of consciousness commonly occurred spontaneously.

Book Three: Empowerment Meditation
A unique meditation designed to access your personal power while simultaneously discovering the type of meditation that is most natural for you.

By consciously using your fundamental power of choice in the context of meditation, (1) you increase your ability to access your own power, and (2) the meditation most natural to you is revealed in the process. This book will shed new light on the concept of "free will."

On completion of Book Three, Empowerment Meditation, you will either take up your quest on your own, use me as your guide, or look for a teacher on your own. In Book Four, you are provided with guidelines for shopping for a teacher of your choice.

Book Four: Surrender Meditation
Spontaneous, experiential meditation in the tradition of Shaktipat Kundalini Yoga.

This is the meditation to which I have dedicated my life. Book Four is intended as material for your examination and, if you are interested in pursuing Non-Technique Meditation to a deeper level, you may consider it an initiatory manual.
