Those Who Seek Four kinds of benevolent Beings seek Me: the suffering and distressed, those desirous of knowledge and wisdom, those who desire wealth and power, and the Wise who come simply because they love Me and are devoted to me.
For the Love of God Those who, endowed with supreme faith, their minds entering into Me, ever staying near to Me, I consider to be my greatest devotees. But those who worship Me as the unmanifest, the indefinable, the all-pervading, the unimaginable, the unchanging, the immovable and the eternal, restraining all their senses, maintaining the state of dispassion, caring for the welfare of all creatures, also attain Me. However, those who worship Me as the unmanifest, come to Me only with great effort and hardship, for the unmanifest is attained with great difficulty by embodied Beings. But those who surrender all actions to Me while meditating with Me as the highest object, definitely attain union with me. I swiftly lift them up from the ocean of death and transmigration.
Going Home Therefore, keep your mind on me alone, and allow your awareness to enter into Me; thus you will dwell in Me. There is no doubt of this. If you cannot do this, seek to attain Me by the constant practice of Yoga. If you are unable to practice Yoga, perform all action for My sake, making this your highest object. If you are unable to do this, resort to Me as your own power, and surrender all the fruits of your actions to Me. Thus you will surely come home to Me. |
